This painting was painted almost entirely when I was painting at the Art Students League of NYC in a Ronnie Landfield class during a six week long visit back to NYC in 2016 and it was inspired by Ronnie’s work on much much larger canvases an example of which would be his Spirit on High, 1995, acrylic on canvas, 86 by 104 inches.
It is an acrylic.
